Raspberry Sugar Cookie Stars

Directions

1. Step 1
   Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix cookie dough according to package directions or the recipe of your choice. Roll out sugar cookie dough to about a 1/4-inch thickness.

2. Step 2
   Use a star cookie cutter (or cookie cutter of your choice) to cut out an even amount of cookies, then place half of the cookies on a baking sheet.

3. Step 3
   Place a dollop of LUCKY LEAF Premium Red Raspberry Fruit Filling in the center of the cookie, then place another star cookie on top. Gently seal cookie with a fork to crimp the edges together.

4. Step 4
   Bake for 8 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.

Tip:

Place parchment paper on the counter and on top of the dough to prevent the dough from sticking to your rolling pin.
