Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Step 2
Line a long bread pan with parchment and stand it on its short side.
Step 3
Empty can of fruit filling into a large bowl. Roughly slice apples into smaller pieces.
Step 4
Open can of biscuits and divide each biscuit in half to make two flat disks of dough.
Step 5
Place a piece of dough in the bread pan, add a spoonful of apples and top with more biscuit dough. Continue stacking biscuit dough and fruit filling until all 16 layers are complete.
Step 6
Bake for 45-50 minutes. If edges start to overcook, tent the loaf pan with a piece of foil.
Step 7
Remove from oven and allow to cool in pan for 20 minutes, then transfer to serving dish.
Step 8
Warm some caramel topping in microwave and drizzle over top before serving for a decadent caramel apple treat.
