Indulge in the irresistible flavors of this Brown Butter Peach Dump Cake with Pecans—a dessert that’s both easy to make and rich with texture and taste. The magic begins with Lucky Leaf Peach Fruit Filling, bursting with sweet, sun-ripened peaches. A layer of cake mix is sprinkled over the luscious fruit, followed by a generous drizzle of nutty, caramelized brown butter that infuses every bite with warmth and depth. To finish, a scattering of crunchy pecans adds a delightful contrast and toasty flavor. As it bakes, the peaches bubble up and blend with the buttery cake topping, creating a golden, gooey masterpiece with a crisp pecan finish. Serve it warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a dollop of whipped cream for an effortlessly decadent treat that’s perfect for any occasion!
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F.
Step 2
Add the stick of butter to a small saucepan over medium heat. Stir the melted butter frequently for 5-10 minutes or until the butter starts turning brown. As soon as the butter starts to turn color, quickly remove from the heat and pour into a bowl (you want it browned, not burnt). Set aside.
Step 3
Spread both cans of peach fruit filling evenly over the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the cake mix over the fruit layer. Top with the chopped pecans. Give the browned butter a stir then drizzle it over the cake.
Step 4
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown around the edges and bubbly. Serve warm with whipped topping and/or ice cream and enjoy!
