Ingredients

  • 1 (21 oz.) can of Lucky Leaf Blueberry Fruit Filling
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 2 sleeves of graham crackers (18 crackers)
  • 8 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Step 1
    Cream together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon juice, vanilla extract, and heavy cream until smooth.

  2. Step 2
    Crush the graham crackers until they resemble sand, then add the melted butter and sugar and stir to combine.
