Layers of Lemony Love

Layers of pure lemon delight come together in this irresistible Lemon dessert. It starts with a buttery crust that crumbles just right with every bite. On top of the crust, a velvety layer of cream cheese is lightly sweetened to balance out the tangy, citrusy goodness of the rich Lemon Fruit Filling. To finish, whipped cream is spread over the top, adding a light and airy touch to each bite. Every forkful is a refreshing burst of lemon flavor, making this dessert a perfect balance of tart and sweet for any occasion.

  17. Jan Armstrong says:

I’m in love with this dessert. I’ve made it many times and everyone loves it. The only problem with this recipe is trying to get it out of the pan. No matter how much you grease the pan, you almost need a chisel to get it out!!! The only solution I’ve found is to grease the pan, then line it with either foil or parchment paper and grease it again. Now put the crust in and proceed to bake. 😉 Thanks again for this wonderful recipe.
