Indulge in a creamy, tangy treat with this Blueberry Cheesecake Ice Cream made in the Ninja Creami. Velvety cheesecake-flavored ice cream is infused with rich swirls of vibrant blueberry fruit filling, creating a perfect balance of tart and sweet. Each bite delivers luscious creaminess with bursts of juicy blueberry goodness, all wrapped in a delightful graham cracker crunch. Easy to make with your Ninja Creami, this recipe captures the classic flavors of a blueberry cheesecake in every cool and satisfying scoop.
Step 1
Whisk together the cream cheese and cottage cheese; add the milk, pudding mix, vanilla extract and blueberry fruit filling and stir until combined.
Step 2
Pour into the Ninja Creami container; place the lid on it and freeze until solid.
Step 3
Remove the lid and place the container inside of the outside bowl. Lock the lid assembly to the outer bowl.
Step 4
Install the bowl and lock into place. Select “FULL” then “LIGHT ICE CREAM” and begin processing.
Step 5
Remove the bowl from the machine and add a little bit of milk if the mixture is dry and crumbly (this is normal!).
Step 6
Return to the Creami and press “RESPIN.” You can do this as many times as needed if you want to thin it out with a bit more milk.
Step 7
Press the graham crackers into the center of the ice cream and use the “MIX-INS” button to stir them throughout the bowl. Serve with additional graham crackers and filling, if desired.
This recipe makes 4 servings (3/4 cup each); each will have about 10 grams of protein! Try using different fruit fillings! Blackberry, cherry, strawberry, and peach are also great options! This recipe is made for the second Ninja Creami model (with the 24 ounce container).
