Step 1
Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
Step 2
Using a 3” by 4” egg shaped cookie cutter, stamp out 12 eggs from the pie crusts. Alternatively, you can freehand cut egg shapes.
Step 3
Place six egg cutouts on the sheet pan. Add 1 heaping tablespoon Lucky Leaf Blueberry Fruit Filling to the middle of each pie crust egg.
Step 4
Mix the egg with 1 tablespoon water to make an egg wash. Brush the egg wash along the edges of each pie crust egg. Place a second egg cutout on top and use a fork seal all around the edge.
Step 5
Brush the top of each hand pie with the egg wash. Bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool completely then decorate with icing or frosting and sprinkles.
