Raspberry Mousse Brownies

These Raspberry Mousse Brownies are a decadent fusion of rich chocolate and tangy raspberries. These brownies are an irresistible treat, perfect for dessert lovers who crave bold flavors!

Ingredients

Satin Chocolate Sauce

  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 4 1/2 ounces semisweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup light corn syrup
  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • whipped topping for serving
  • fresh raspberries for garnish
  • mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Directions

  1. Step 1
    Place brownies on tray. Prepare mousse: Mix whipped topping, raspberry extract and half the raspberry fruit filling.

  2. Step 2
    Prepare satin chocolate sauce: In top half of double boiler, combine both chocolates over simmering water. Stir constantly until melted, then whisk in the corn syrup and water without removing the double boiler from the heat; whisk until smooth and shiny. Let cool to room temperature before using.

  3. Step 3
    Top brownies with mousse, drizzle with satin chocolate sauce. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with additional raspberry fruit filling.
