Ingredients

  • 1 package frozen, enriched white bread dough, thawed
  • cinnamon
  • ¾ cup confectioners' sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 21-ounce can LUCKY LEAF® Raisin Fruit Filling & Topping

Instructions

On a lightly floured board, roll each loaf of bread dough into an 8X12-inch rectangle. With slotted spoon, divide LUCKY LEAF Raisin Pie Filling between rectangles; spread to 1/2 inch from edges (reserve about 1/4 cup clear pie filling.) Sprinkle cinnamon over pie filling. 
Roll each loaf and place in 8X4-inch loaf pan coated with non-stick cooking spray. Allow to rise 3 hours as directed.
Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes. Immediately brush each loaf with reserved pie filling. 
Blend sugar and orange juice. Drizzle over cooled bread.
